1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for most items purchased through the Mindset Case Files merch shop under the following conditions:

  • Unused items in original condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in sellable condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Within 30 days: Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your shipping confirmation.
  • Proof of purchase: You must provide your order number or original receipt.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will cover the return shipping and provide one of the following options at no extra cost:

  • A replacement of the same item.
  • A full refund.
  • A store credit for the Mindset Case Files merch shop.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item, including labels and packaging.

We will respond within 3–5 business days and provide instructions for the return process.


3. How to Request a Return

  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return or exchange, and the reason (wrong size, changed mind, etc.).
  3. Await our reply with return instructions and, if applicable, a return label or address.

Unless the issue is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective product), you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend tracking and insurance for your return shipment, as you assume responsibility until the item reaches our fulfillment partner.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective product).


6. International Orders

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Shipping costs for international returns are not refundable. Due to high shipping and customs variability, some international orders may be considered final sale; this will be clearly stated at checkout.
